The warmest welcome to our Engadine High School community for 2021. While we are still evolving our practices in relation to COVID, we have initiated some different practices that could become part of EHS culture. While our swimming carnival is competitors only, our Year 12 is taking over our oval in their own version of a swimming carnival… Watch for our Facebook posts.
Year 7’s have embraced the range of orientation activities led by our wonderful student peer support leaders and our fabulous wellbeing staff. Our daily sojourns on to the playground are testament to a settled, happy and enthusiastic student population. Handball is thriving and becoming far more intense amongst all year groups, there is less use of mobile phones which disappear fairly quickly as we approach … and the chicken burger remains the canteen favourite.
See below for just a small sample of beginnings of a dynamic year at EHS. It fills me with joy being part of the learning journey of us all at EHS.
