Here is the vaccination schedule for 2021.
Dose 1 – Friday 19th March 2021 Term 1 Week 8
Diptheria-Tetanus-Pertussis (dTpa)
Human papillomavirus (HPV)
Dose 2 – Friday 12th November 2021 Term 4 Week 6

Important:
- Return your signed consent card to Mrs Scott by Monday 15th March 2021
- If there are any questions regarding vaccinations, please direct them to Mrs Scott
- Enjoy breakfast on the vaccination day as well as any morning tea/lunch and drink plenty of water
- If you are nervous about receiving your vaccination, let Mrs Scott know
- Follow social distancing and hand sanitising guidelines as instructed by teaching staff and/or nurses
- If you are unwell on the day, please do not attend school to receive the vaccination. Year 7 students are able to start their vaccination schedule on one of the other dates in 2021.
- After your vaccination, please take home your ‘record of vaccination’ card that is provided by the nurse after receiving the injection
