A massive trip out to Killara for the quarter finals of the City Cup Rugby League Tournament! We had our Under 13s, Under 15s and Open team representing the school, and they did not disappoint!
Our 13s defeated Mater Maria 18-0 and then were gallant in defeat to the overall winners, Central Coast Sports College 32-6.
Our 15s went down in a massive game, again to Central Coast Sports College 32-8.
And wait for it…our Opens were winners, defeating Tuggerah Lakes Secondary College 16-4 in tough conditions. Left with no reserves, they showed incredible tenacity and spirit to hold on and progress to the City Cup Grand Final next term!
Congratulations to all involved! You have done your school and our wonderful community, proud!
A massive thank you to Ms Stewart, Ms Beyers, Mr Steffan and Mr Southwell for taking our teams all the way!
