Smiling Students

Our Year 12 English Advanced greatly enjoyed The Merchant of Venice Symposium at the Bell Shakespeare Theatre tucked underneath the Harbour Bridge on Sydney’s beautiful wharves. Performances were interspersed with scene analysis to allow our students to understand and appreciate the splendour and nuance of Shakespeare’s powerful drama of romance, prejudice and the things that make us so very human.
