Headspace is a place you can go to talk to someone about issues such as:
Feeling stressed, down or worried. Difficulty at school, can’t concentrate. Feeling sick or worried about your health. Drinking, drug abuse. Concerns about sexuality, friendships. Sexual health issues. Bullying.

Mental Health Reconnect Salvation Army
Reconnect works with young people 12 – 18, and their families within the Sutherland Shire, who have recently left home or are at risk of early home leaving and where there are mental health concerns within the family.
Services include Case work/Counselling, Early Intervention, Health and Mental Health.
