The Moving Forward Together Association has successfully run the annual Harmony Day Poster and Song Writing Competitions since 2005. During that time, close to 700 schools have participated in the program and over 3000 students per year. The competitions aim to establish a platform for communicating the positive benefits of harmony, humanity, unity and co-operation in society. As such, they are closely aligned with core values encouraged by the Department of Education, Catholic Education and Association of Independent Schools of NSW, which all support the Competitions.
Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, the 2020 competition on the theme ‘Picture a World in Harmony’ attracted high quality entries from schools across New South Wales.

Entries close on 2 April. The theme for the 2021 competitions is ‘Harmony – Everyone Belongs’. Further details can be found in the attached flyer.
