Celebrating the Creative Journey of our Support Unit Students!
We're thrilled to share the incredible achievements of our talented students from the Support Unit over the past term!
These amazing individuals have been on a sewing adventure, acquiring valuable skills along the way. From sewing on buttons to neatly stitching hems, they've honed their craft to perfection.
But that's not all! These budding artisans have also handcrafted a pin cushion and needle case, putting their sewing prowess into practice with each careful stitch.
Taking sustainability to heart, our students have embraced the art of upcycling, using recycled jeans and shirts to fashion stylish tote bags. These bags have been transformed into unique pieces of art, adorned with buttons and patches that reflect their creativity.
And let's not forget those fabulous handles! They ingeniously braided denim and shirt material to make sturdy, one-of-a-kind handles for their tote bags.
We couldn't be prouder of our Support Unit students and their dedication to learning and creating. These skills will serve them well, and their boundless creativity knows no limits.
