Congratulations to Imagen Bursill from Year 11 for being selected on application to represent Engadine High School and the Cronulla Sharks at the 2021 NRL Youth Leadership Summit.
Each year all 16 NRL clubs nominate four young Aboriginal and /or Torres Strait Islander students in Year 11 to attend the NRL Youth Summit hold across five days in May. The summit this year will be held in Sydney and will coincide with the NRL Indigenous Round.
Imagen will participate in a variety of workshops including: leadership, cultural, teamwork, positive perceptions and many more. A highlight of the week is having the Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and Maori players attend some of the workshops with the students.
Well done Imagen and we look forward to hearing all about the summit.
