Totem Poles - Visual Arts

Student made totem

During Term 2, the Green class studied Totem Poles in Visual Arts. 

The class viewed examples of Totem Poles and discussed the symbolism used and then designed a template for their personalised totem pole. 

Using recycled materials such as chip containers, egg cartons and newspaper and using techniques such as paper mache, they created their own stunning Totem Poles.
