Year 11 Food Technology and Hospitality students had the amazing opportunity of visiting Sydney Tower.
They were taken on a guided tour through Sydney Towers’ various food service and catering businesses learning all things food preparation, storage, safety and front of house service.
The students were then treated to an amazing buffet at SkyFeast, 300 metres above ground in the revolving tower where they indulged in a range of foods from various cultures. What a day Year 11, full of new experiences and full bellies!
